Your on to something brother,..look to the book of Enoch ch. 6-9 and it will tell you many things they did when they came to earth,..they taught man the mystery of the heavens..the anatomy of the body and how to fashion weapons of war from the metals of the earth,......I will say there not aliens in a since that we see in sci fi movies,......they are the fallen Angels.......In EZEKIEL 28 ....it states that Satan was the greatest of God's Angel's, "sealed the measure" of perfection and beauty of all creation. His nature reflected the glory of God, and the word of God which spoke all creation into existence.........You were the anointed cherub that covers, and i had put you in the holy height of God......YOU WALKED UP AND DOWN IN THE MIDST OF THE STONES OF FIRE......You were perfect in your ways fron the day you were created, until iniquity was found in you.Ezekiels prophecy is addressed to the" King of the Rock", and "anointed Cheerub", who is described as traveling " in the midst of the stones of fire" which literally translated is" in the midst or among the eh-ben, "built stones or rocks , of fire"
BUILT STONES? What are they that the greatest angel created could travel up and down in their vastness? The answer is in the night sky. They can be seen........."GOD BUILT " STONES REFLECTING THE LIGHT OF THE SUN......the planet's......Through out scriptures there is consistent reference to the first dwelling places of the fallen angels,..."they left there first estate"( Habitation)........verse 3 Behold you are wiser than Daniel; every one of the secret things is not hidden to you......verse 15 You were perfect in your ways from the day you were created until iniquity was found in you. verse 16.. By the multitude of your trade they filled your midst with violence, and you sinned . So i cast you profaned fron the height of God, ...AND I DESTROYED YOU OH COVERING CHERUB FROM AMONG THE STONES OF FIRE..I don't want to freak any body out but in lay man terms what is being said,,......when Satan rebelled, God cast him as profane from the height of heaven. Because of his rebellion, Satan was destroyed from the midst of the stones of fire' the planets, where he had reigned over literal material kingdoms,,..........doesn't it make you wonder why we have a asteroid belt that rotates like a planet within our Solar system where there is a big gap that a planet should be......could this asteroid belt been a planet before it's great distruction,...possibly a place of celestial dwelling....now this part i just mentioned about the asteroid belt is my thoughts................we must consider....those that have eyes to see......don't let fear pop in and shut the doors to understanding it's possibilities.......There are many truths in the Bible that can surprise you,...the word is pregnant and ever unfolding............I hope this might expand some minds out there,...and if you cant fathom the possibilities dont worry about it, it does have any thing to do with your Salvation,...but it will prepare you for Satan's return before Christ show's up.....For this is the hour of temptation in which Satan will stand up in Jerusalem claiming to be Christ and causing fire to come down from the heavens,.....what might this fire be that he is causing to come down from the heavens????? and he will show miracles and wonders to deceive the nations.......hope this would be educational or at least be interesting.......God Speed!

"I wonder if God could be the leader of a race of aliens and Satan is the leader of another, both of them having different ideas of what to do with us when they return."
which would be saying you essentially buy into the Judeo-Christian origin story but add an alien twist. Why specifically that system? Could it be... cultural?

I had thought that we were all an alien experiment. Mercury was the first (that we know of) then mars and now us. Venus is next and so on.When "God"gets tired of us he just scoots us closer to the sun and starts over on the next planet. Of course I was not sober when I originally thought of this.
Another thought which I still believe is that God is God no matter what religion. No one has God in a box or a book for that matter. Satan came up with the different religions to confuse us and make us hate one another.

Martin S. has a very good point in Erich's writings, though I've never read them myself...
I believe in knowledge and that knowledge is the key to everything. What is God or what makes him "more special" than us? He is all-knowing and omnipotent. Being that, he would have the knowledge to make himself a "God" or perfect being that didn't hold to the scientific restraints of homosapeans. So, if God is really smart (sarcastic understatement there) then he must have been around a while... if he's been around a while then he's probably not from earth... meaning... ... ... God's an alien, in the rudest sense of the term. Recently, I've been reading Edgar Cayce who stated similar to Erich that "God" is a being from another planet and had his angels, blah blah blah who helped guide/muse on some single celled organisms to create double celled organisms and bang! evolution happens. I don't really think I believe in "satan" or "evil" the way modern religion explains it. According to Edgar Cayce we are constantly being reincarnated throughout eternity to the hopeful and eventual point when we "karmically" ascend/rapture/resurrect/turn into pure ENERGY. Very similar to Buddhism... people always quote karma and what goes around comes around, blah, blah blah... well, what if karma doesn't kick you in the butt until your next life? Cayce believe that the core of us, our soul, is what is called an "entity." And the entity is what is reincarnated and carries your eternal knowledge and karma. Our entities live in our subconscious and Edgar Cayce was/claimed to be able to go into a hypnotic state where he could access his subconscious and "godly" knowledge in the form of what he called the Akashic Gospels which is basically a history of the world in past, present and current-timeline future. (I say that because there is no such thing as "destiny." God gave us the gift of choice... that's why we're here.) Ok... now are you ready for a whirl???? Let's say you believe in all of this hooey-phooey... If certain people are able to access their subconscious and therefore certain knowledge (another example is Akiane, the only known dual child prodigy... google it.) is privy to... what is holding them back from becoming like God in the realest sense if they already have the knowledge? My answer... our human bodies and brains have not evolved enough to handle this type of knowledge it would be a great burden to carry. Now... if Jesus Christ is the "only son of God" flesh, blood etc... it stands to reason that the Virgin birth did take place as it would take the sperm of God the Father to create a perfect being. Jesus Christ was flesh and bone... he was a human, but with God's unique little wigglers running through him, made him "special." Things that make you go hmmm... Not saying I believe it all, but it is very interesting, you have to admit.

I am, and I seriously should write a book. My ideas are just that: my ideas.
edit: I don't believe there is a hell, at least in conventional thought. I have pondered what hell really is and concluded that it is the absence of God, so hell could be a "place" some go after death where they are condemned to never meet God or those who chose to follow God, or hell could even be Earth. Regardless, I don't think fire and brimstone is in anyone's future, but there could be an absence of a meaningful afterlife.

I think you should be getting a call from Tom Cruise and friends as soon as he logs on.
There's a difference between being "open minded" and being open to ANY idea, no matter how reasonable. Why stop at aliens? Maybe we're all a dream inside a unicorns head?

i think of it relies upon on the two the circumstances and the guy in touch no remember if one is open or closed minded. case in point there would properly be some very closed minded human beings, properly i comprehend some, who're very tolerant (basically approximately to the factor of open mindedness, you will think of), basically by using fact of who the different individual is. that's one occasion of the place an exception to the rule of thumb applies. yet for the main area you opt for the two basically like warm and chilly interior the actual realm of thermodynamics. For devoid of the interplay between warm and chilly or opposites, existence would grow to be stagnant and entropy. that does no longer be a real contemplated photograph on existence. So interior the tip I do renowned the existence of the two contraptions of minds. And on the comparable time notice the exceptions and the organic consequence of the interplay that occurs between them. Society as an entire does pass forward. that's what i think of.

How about this. Galaxies make up the universe. Stars make up galaxies. We can see that there are planets orbiting stars other than our sun because the planets make the stars wobble just like earth makes our sun wobble. Wobbling is not good for stars, makes them unstable and eventually they explode because they get to wobbling too much. So as far as the universe is concerned, planets are not good things because they destroy the stars that make up the galaxies that make up the universe. Get it? So why was man created? To destroy those pesky planets right? We're close to finishing our work here. Next, Mars here we come. Simple really huh?

I don't consider myself open minded. To open my mind would be to allow a lot of pollution in. I prefer no pollution in my consciousness. My religious ideation is that I see no conflict between science and creationism. If you look at it from all sides through the prism of knowledge it makes perfect sense. I tend to argue with people when the subject comes up and it doesn't win me many friends. They order me back to my closet.
