At what speed? D=VT (Distance = Velocity * Time) You've only provided one variable (Distance) we need speed traveled to solve for time ( D/V=T)

If you do 60 mph, 34.5 miles is 34 minutes 30 seconds. If you drive faster, its less, if you drive slower its more.

Is the highway straight or wiggly? Does it have many intersections? Any traffic lights? Is it used by commuters? What time of day or night will you be travelling? Is there any chance of an avalanche blocking the road?

Well, at 34 1/2 miles per hour, it would take you exactly one hour....at 60 MPH, you can take it from here. No calculator.
