To any fellow Jewish people who may be reading this. What does it mean to be Jewish to you and why?, I just found out that i'm adopted and that my maternal parents were Jewish, I would love to know from others what being Jewish means to them and how that has changed your life if you where to say you were a Christian or Muslim etc. Thank you.

Oh dear....

Being Jewish means a huge deal to me.

It means being an outsider in some places but an insider in others. It means belonging to a religion and a family that satisfy my life in a way no other religion or group of people ever could.

My grandfather was Jewish. I am anti religion however. It never impacted me religiously but it did however make life growing up a living hell considering I had a Jewish last name. My mother is Romany so that doubled it for me.

I am in spirit. And I think there's some in my genetics somewhere a long time ago. I certainly feel connected to Jews for some weird reason. I live in a Jewish neighborhood for some weird reason.

To me, being Jewish means having a way of living, and a path to G-d, which I find extremely satisfying and rewarding. I could go on and on, but that's it in a nutshell.
