Puppies need a series of shots - the breeder is wrong. This site should help, but talk to your vet because sometimes different vets use different schedules.

Oh no! You bought from an irresponsible backyard breeder? Plus, you got weasled into finishing off the dogs initial shots. It is not a good idea to switch owners especially if the dog hasn't finished off the parvo series and recieved the distemper booster which is given 4 weeks after the first. By 10 weeks the dog should have had all the vaccinations. In the future do not buy a mixed breed from a breeder. It only encourages their stupidity and encourages them to breed poor quality dogs with health problems for money rather than a quality dog to preserve the integrity of the breed. Consider a rescue or animal shelter. They have plenty of Yorkipoo's now a days because people can't afford the vet bills or they grow tired of the dogs and the breeder doesn't have a return policy.

You bought your dog from someone just trying to make money. And they did. A yorkiepoo is a mixed breed dog, but I imagine you paid a large amount of money for it. That's too bad. And now, you need to give all the shots and worming.
Six weeks is too young for the 1st shot. So, it was worthless. And if the 'breeder' didn't give you proof, it was probably not done.
Your puppy should be vaccinated at 8 wks, 12 wks, and 16 wks. Then after 16 wks, it needs a rabies shot. Also, the puppy should be wormed at least once or twice. Also, ask the vet when to start heartworm preventitive.

First off he should not have received vaccinations at 6 weeks old...he should not have gotten any until he was 8 weeks.
Since he did get them that young he'll need another at 10 weeks and then another at 14 weeks and his rabies when he is 20 weeks or older.
It is recommended that puppies get their vaccinations at 8 weeks, 12 weeks and 16 weeks. This is a recommendation by the AAHA/AVMA and all 27 vet schools. It is NOT recommended that puppies be vaccianted younger then this because it interfers with natural immunity, can suppress immune system, can cause future issues with vaccinations and can make a puppy more suseptable to the very illness the vaccines are suppose to protect against.

It is recommended that the puppy receive shots at 6 weeks and another set four weeks later, and another four weeks later. At this point they go yearly on the shots except six months after the last puppy shot they need a booster on the parvo and yearly from that point on.
Adult rabies is good for one year the first time and if done timely the followup will be good for three years.

puppies should have their shots staggered at 6 weeks, 10 weeks and 14 weeks.
also, worming should be done as well.
If you still need confimation, schedule your pup's shots with your vet.
do not wait.
parvo virus and other puppy disease will kill him way before he's 6 months.
good luck!
