Er..... make him play Guitar Hero 2. 'course, that's only if you have a PS2, the game and the guitar. Otherwise, I'm **** out of ideas.
Oh no, wait wait... make him write a 5000 word research paper. YOU get to think of the topic, but then tell him to scamper off and study.

Smack him. That'll cure his boredom for a quick minute, and when starts to get bored again, lay another one upside down his head. Do this, and I gaurentee, he wont be so bored anymore.
