What is the difference btw Law Enforcement Foundations and Police Foundations. In regards of schooling. Which one is better to take?

The difference is which word was selected by whoever named the foundation.

NOTE: Use of either term in the name of a 'foundation' does not guarantee any relationship to law enforcement.

What do you want to do? In general, unless you have no skills at all, most police agencies don't give a damn what you major was as long as you get a degree. Everything you need to know will be given to you in the trade school (Police Academy). I Suggest if you are going federal get an accounting degree and if you are going local get a social studies or psychology foundation.
