I've heard that massaging your head will make hair grow faster because it induces blood flow to the head. Don't know if it's true, but what could it hurt? To keep my hair healthy, I don't put goo in it, like mousse and hair spray and all that crap. More natural is prettier anyways, plus without all that junk in it I don't have to wash it every day, which makes it healthier. (Washing your hair strips it of its natural moisture, so only shampoo it every 3 days or so.) I also don't use heat on my hair, since I prefer soft and silky to fried and frizzy. So my natural waves are the only curls I go for, and I towel and air dry my hair instead of torching it. Drinking lots of water and eating healthy foods will go quite a ways towards keeping your hair healthy and glossy-looking because water washes impurities out from your body. (This also makes you less likely to break out, giving you clearer skin.) Eating healthy will help simply by avoiding putting gross things in your system.

The key is to make sure that there's moisture in your hair..when hair is dry it breaks off which equals unhealthy hair try using a leave in conditioner everyday and a hair masque once a week.. hope this helps

you are able to not improve your hair rapid and quickly...healthful, you are able to. Hair grows one million/2 a inch each and each month, each and every each and every so often swifter, or slower, based ont he guy or woman..the superb thank you to get your hair to enhance extra suitable is to maintain your hair healthful...stay far flung from chemical components and warmth(and in case you will possibly desire to flat Iron, Use a warmth Protector.)...and flow infor a trim each and every 4-6 weeks(chop up ends reason breakage...Which then your hair won't in any respect improve, reason your hair is breaking.)

that vitamins E and B12.
don't wash your hair everyday because when you do this you wash out all of the natural nutrients that your hair needs to become more healthy and stronger and thicker.
but when you are washing your hair comb through it with a wide tooth comb...so you don't pull it out. and when your conditioning it let the conditioner sit for 5Min's than rinse repeat twice...wash your hair 1x per week.
keep your scalp moisturized.
brush and comb more often

nothing you can really do..
pills.... seriously??? who are they kidding.
only thing you can really do is try
to aviod the use of heat on your hair
and have trims done every 3-5 months...
also the amount it grows also depends on
genetics... mine grows between 6.5-7 inches
a year which i think is more than average
but my friends only grows 3 inches a
year which is very little..
sorry
