Hello,I am wondering what area in Ireland the dialing code 037 is? I have searched and searched but i cant find it anywhere!! Please help me, its very important!

It's not an area code from Ireland, it's from Mantua, Italy.
The only area codes in Ireland are:
-021
-041
-051
-061
-071
-091

To clarify, you have added in your extra comments a proper Irish number (at least the start of it).. 00353 is Ireland from anywhere in the world. Then 071 is area of Roscommon and Sligo. When adding this to 00 353 you drop the 0 thus 0035371 after this you would put the local number which is a minimum of 5 digits and 7 in most parts of the country.
I think you have got confused between a country code and a county (part of a country) code. You cannot put another country code into the number you have quoted as you already have one plus an area code. So to repeat all you need is a local number.

00 353 is the international access code for Ireland. The 71 portion refers to Sligo. Normally when dialling within Ireland the Sligo prefix is 071. When the number is dialled from abroad the 0 is dropped, hence 00 353 71*****. Hope this helps
