i'm not christian(i'm Epicurean) but i gotta ask. If Christ really returned, and said "I AM CHRIST REBORN.", would anybody beleive him?

Jesus left us these instructions:
"At that time if anyone says to you, 'Look, here is the Christ!' or, 'There he is!' do not believe it. For false Christs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and miracles to deceive even the elect—if that were possible. See, I have told you ahead of time.
"So if anyone tells you, 'There he is, out in the desert,' do not go out; or, 'Here he is, in the inner rooms,' do not believe it. For as lightning that comes from the east is visible even in the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man."

Ok well hypothetically speaking, no. He would be admitted into a mental institution and labelled delusional. The world is full of people who claim to be Christ--turns out they have schizophrenia.

No the Bible clearly states that in the same way he left the same way he would return.
Acts 1:9-11
9And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight.
10And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel;
11Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.

It specifically says how Christ will return. We have the signs to know its Him.

If he exhibited the powers as portrayed in the Bible, I'd sure be tempted. However, he if not, he could just be some mental case.
