I'm including both bloodborne and vector-borne diseases:
HIV, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, malaria, dengue fever, yellow fever, and other assorted viral hemorrhagic fevers.
btw, E. coli is not usually in the blood. It's in the bowels. E. coli sepsis is not the common way for infection to occur.
