If you're not showing, you'll be fine. Don't tell the management at the club. Do be aware that there are some dangers though. Is smoking allowed in the club? If so, you'll be exposed to a ton of it. Not good for the baby. You might very well be able to find an establishment that doesn't allow smoking inside though, depending on your area. Also, be especially careful about being drugged (doesn't happen to everyone, or even most people, but it does happen) since you could lose your baby. Most places will make you sell drinks, or at least won't let you turn it down if a customer offers it. Order something non-alcoholic (tell the club owner you're extremely alcohol sensative, and on medication that can't be mixed with alcohol) and never let your drink out of your sight, and hold it close to you when chatting with someone.
Be careful dancing, you especially don't want to fall! Don't go for the big tall stripper heels if you're not used to them. Take it easy, don't try difficult tricks or pole dancing- they don't increase your money anyway.

Go get a job at Wal Mart or 7-11 and grow up. It is time to start acting like a responsible adult and to start putting your child first. A strip club is not place for a pregnant woman!!
