I am not going to give you a spell, thats not how it works for me. But there are many good books for beginners who are new to the Craft. Read Scott Cunningham, Ray Buckland, and Dorothy Morrison. Their books give you the basics and how to start. Read, read, read. Educate yourself! talk to people.
