Sure they can eat it raw....especially if they are wolf hybrids, do you think wolves in the wild take their meat to a stove and cook it???nor do they mix it,........LOL

Lots of people feed raw diets and feel it is the best thing for dogs BUT, you can't just feed muscle meat, you will have to add vitamins and other things for all the organ meat they will not be getting. Things like bone meal and possibly digestive enzymes.

Also, how long has this meat been frozen? If over a year, the dogs may not even eat it anyway.

Do a search for canine raw diets online and you will be able to get suggestions of what other things to add to the diet and you could also call small pet specialty stores and those types of places will usually have the vitamins and additives that plain muscle meat is missing that canines need daily.

Dogs can absolutely eat raw meat. You don't have to cook it. It may give diarrhea if you just suddenly change to raw meat, so I would recommend mixing it with the dog food. Meat, alone, isn't good enough for a meal, so you can give the deer meat with the dog food.

Deer Meat? No I won't unless it was cooked for main reason so they will not get the taste of deer meat implanted in their minds. That could be a problem if you have a lot of deer around.
Not only that cooking will kill any parasites the deer might be carrying.
To make to go further you can mix it with your regular food. And with their wolf content they definitely need meat as part of their diet.

Mix it slowly, little at a time, with their usual food.
While lean meat is good for the dogs, it is not a good idea to change their diet all at once.

Give them the deer meat, cooked or raw, a little at a time.

Unless they've had it before, i would give them a little at a time to see they're reaction. Genetically, they should be able to handle it no problem, especially wolf hybrids, but I'm assuming they've been on regular dog food since you've had them. Heck, I eat my steaks rare and I'm fine. I think.

so long as they are full grown, I would want to mix it with the usual diet to avoid stomach upsets when you suddenly change food. Also they will need minerals like calcium which might not be in the meat, so avoid doing it long term. And make sure its not too fatty.

It depends on how much you love your dog. If you love them, then I would avoid giving it raw meat because it is hard for them to digest. I recommend giving them those bags of dog food that was recently recalled. It on sale.
