Egg shell if it isnt cooked does have samanilla on it but when it is cooked it will kill the bacteria also the minumum amount of shell consumed is not significant enough to cause any harm.
Roast them at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes them let them cool slightly and place them in a food processer or coffee grinder and grind to a smooth consistancy and add this to your food to add calcium to your diet. waste not want not.

Egg shell is not harmful. In fact it's very high in calcium. Snakes and other nest raiding animals often eat the shell with the egg.

Yes, you will be ok. It won't hurt you. It is just annoying to eat an egg and suddenly feel a chrunch. Chicken ranchers used to give the chickens back egg shells to strengthen the new shells they produce.

Absolutely- I've eaten plenty of eggshells. Growing up- my brother was an awful cook and now- about every 4th Egg McMuffin has eggshells in it.
