Ok i know this dosent make sense but I was pondering this one day in class.You know how one clock says 12:07,but another clock says 12:05?Well I was just wonder where can
I find the "official" time?Is this possible?Thank you.

Atomic clocks are the 'official time'. You can find them online by Googling "atomic clock".

The official time is kept by UTC, located in Bolder, Colorado or Greenwich, England.

Are you talking about standard time? Daylight savings time? Actual time?
Find someone who brags about having an "atomic watch" and ask him. It will make his day.
