everytime i walk by a peice of furniture that she has crawled under she will jump out and bite you at the ankles. How can i teach her to not attack me when i walk by. I am afraid she will do it to one of my friends. What should i do.

Dont worry, she just plays around!! She's just frisky...But just next time she does that to you, just tell him/her a firm NO. Sounds wierd but it works.

My cat does this too. We have not found a way to cure of that yet....except to carry around one of those kitty fishing pole things and dangle it in front of her. Maybe your cat will attack that instead....our does!

Do it to her before she gets you...after a few times of you "attacking" her (use a spray bottle filled with water), she'll stop!

It's not her fault that you have such nutrient-rich ankles. Are you a walking fish by any chance??

Mine does this when I am making the bed. I'm assuming she doesn't draw blood, just startles you. If so, it's play and I doubt you'll get her to stop.
