KP = keratosis piliaris

Use a lotion w/ lactic or glycolic acid (AHA/BHA).

ex) Lac Hydrin, Eucerin Plus Intensive Relief Lotion

This sounds like Keratosis Pilaris. A condition where your skin cells over produce in those areas and then get stuck, making little bumps and sometimes the bumps are pimples or just red dots. Sometimes it's referred to as "strawberry skin". This is VERY common. It is a sign though that you need to exfoliate those areas with something as well as follow up your exfoliation with a water based moisturizer. Try using a Salt or a sugar scrub 2-3x/week and follow with a light moisturizer like Lubriderm or something.
hope this helps!

I used to have them, but they disappeared.
Put lotion on them.
And I think if stop picking at them, and forget about them, they'll be gone.
