I'm sooo hungry ...i've been sick since tuesday and throwing up and today i can finally keep food and liquid down.....what should be something i should eat...i have had yogurt and apple sauce........is there ne thing else......
besides crackers....

When your as sick as you're describing, you should probably go see a doctor for his/her advice.....
otherwise, i would probably recommend some herbal tea. Something also safe to eat would be some chicken soup or a simple ham sandwich . Make sure not to drink orange juice, because you'll end up seeing it twice.

yogurt and applesauce.. yuck bad combinations make your stomach feel wierd then just wanting to throw up.. how bout eating a sandwich with lettuce and stuff... just take our the cheese ( makes you want to throw up) and eat carrots, no dipping sauce though..

bread. no butter....small things
apples. applesauce, juice, rice is good umm...idk something small no raisin or pizza to much acid and stuff no pop really
