my friend with benefits text me saying that "disrespect and being unloyal to a man is one of the major mistakes a woman does... I dont know why he is telling me this.

It seems a bit possessive, so perhaps he feels like you're more than friends with benefits. This is always a danger with that sort of relationship - one person or the other starts to develop feelings, and can become jealous. I would talk to him face to face and find out what he meant by that, because it is rather cryptic. It could refer to your sexual relationship, but it could refer to something as innocuous as forgetting to take the pizza out of the oven before it got overdone. Some people have very broad conceptions of betrayal and disloyalty, so you have to find out what it means to him.

I have no idea why but u shouldn't have friends with benefits. If ur going 2 have sex at least have it with someone who cares about you, not someone who is using you. I'm a guy and I think that friends with benefits is wrong.

Have you extended "benefits" to someone else recently? If so, he probably isn't happy about it. Most guys don't like to share, even if it's not a formal relationship. It's also possible that his feelings have gone beyond friends.

Don't text him back, just call him and straight out ask him what he ment. Men tend to beat around the bush too much. You have to be frank with him. Good luck :)
