When you reach the final stop of the Eurostar (Brussels midi) you'll have to leave the platform via a separate door... that's to say, you will not arrive in the main corridor of Brussels midi...
You either take the elevator or the rolling stairs (if you take this you'll pass a chocolate shop....mjammie). When you are on the ground floor go to your left in the direction of the picture of "Kuifje" (I think they call him Tintin in the UK...) and when you are in front of him you'll see on your right hand side the main corridor of Brussels midi... Take a train in the direction of Gent, Oostende or Blankenberge... they almost surely stop in Brugge... If you take the rolling stairs up to go to the platform (always right hand side) there will be a TV screen which shows where the train stops. It's quite easy! It will take you about an hour to get from Brussels to Brugge.
Have fun in Belgium!

When you arrive at the Eurostar station, follow the signs to the Bruxelles-Midi station, about a 10 minute walk, and there are trains about every 10 or 15 minutes. You might not see Brugge on all the trains, since it's not the final stop, but pretty much all the RE trains (regional) that go to Gent, also go to Brugge. It's about 54 minutes from Brus to Brug.
