Serious question. Do you know what the Quran said about the Earth location and the sun, and where the sun set every night? you might be surprised.
It sees that the center of the Universe is Earth, not the sun, and the sun set in murky water. Kind of a big mistake. Wouldn't you think. Just one of the mistakes of science in the Quraan.

These are not miracles. Human kind did not advance to where we are now without being excellent observers of the environment. They may not have been able to explain things to the level of accuracy that we can now. But they could observe and hypothesize about things such as rain and its benefit to the earth. They pieced it together as well as they could.. but it is no miracle.
