Running will only make your butt bigger. It increases the muscle tone. Take a look at olympic track runners... most of them have large butts. Running might make it smaller in width but will still stick out just the same.

The reason for this is because your have eaten too many Hydrodgenated oils! In like twinkies. It just bubbles up as fast and goes 3 places, thy's stomach and butt. Exersixe will help. But if you dont want to keep "growing" were your having trouble with than dont just cut down on them. STOP eating them. My family never buys hydrodgenated oils. I know that they are in things like hamburger helper, cup of noodles and processed food like that.

Micheal Clarke has got a serious back injury. He is not that kind of guy who will leave his side in danger. And for your information, it was a tactic for the Australians to get early wickets in that innings. If there was Dhoni in that situation, I'm sure he would have done the same. There's nothing wrong with it.

lol...i have a huge butt as well and im skinny and i have to say.....guys do fall for it lolz.But i really dont know how to minamize it just wear tight jeans i guess thats what i do.Good Luck!!!

You sound a little young... try some exercises if you like, but don't try anything too extreme. You'll grow to love your body as it is!

lol...i have a huge butt too and I'm skinny too....and I like it..dont care if I have to wear a size 5 because of my butt and hips.. I look good unlike those girls that are flat from the back..You should be proud of your butt.. Trust me..MEN love girls with big butts..lol

what's up j lo? just kidding. well, if you want to get rid of it, you'll need to diet and/or exercise. some girls store the weight in their stomachs, some in their boobs and others (like yourself) in their butts and thighs. building muscle is going to tone it up and assist in some weight loss, but you need to do more cardio if you're trying to shrink it down. some of it just might be that you have some hips on you and that you really can't do much about.

I used to have the same problem, too but I just ignored it and had actually come to like it. Don't wear jeans that have designs or whatever material sticked/sewed in its back pockets.

Don't eat bread and pasta!!! They are really bad for you. Also, try dieting, walking, and wearing black pants. Darker colors hide more and also really sexy longer shirts are great also. Fitting at the top but just go down longer than most other shirts...they are super hot!!!

Do lots of walking. Start at 10 minutes a day. After two weeks, do two ten minute walks a day, and keep adding more minutes every two weeks. Believe me, you will lose it.
