Does that mean that their children committed incest in order to procreate?

Nope, that means that the bible mysteriously creates more people, without letting the reader know. Sometimes fiction works that way.

God creates Adam and Eve, who are then kicked out of Eden. They create Cain and Abel. Cain killed Abel out of jealousy, and was banished to 'the land of wandering' which is now translated as the 'land of nod'. Despite being cursed to wander, Cain is later mentioned as fathering a lineage of children, and founding a city, which he named Enoch after the name of his son.

The only other child of Adam and Eve was Seth. They had no daughters.

If the 2 mates in question had the same father but a different mother, you had the choice or preferred child. Back then, the children of parents who had the same father were the elite children. Of the same mother, no go and lots of problems. This weakened the DNA. Same father strengthens the DNA.
It wasn't' just Adam and Eve were not the only people. A race of people existed called the Adamu. We were created by the "gods" for slave labor. Their chief scientist, Enki, created humans by mixing god/alien sperm with ape like earth creatures. The female gods carried the babies to term.
The human hybrids were later fixed to be able to procreate.

One must keep in mind that in the early years of the human race there were no genetic defects that had yet developed as a result of the fall of man. By the time of Abraham, God had not yet declared this kind of marriage to be contrary to His will (see Genesis 20:12). Laws governing incest apparently did not become enacted until the time of Moses (Lev 18:7-17; 20:11,12,14,17,20,21). Hence, there was no prohibition regarding marrying a sister (or niece or grandniece) in the days of Cain.

Christians get mad at questions like this, if asked by atheists or agnostics but ... check out the answers given in this post! Almost no two answers are the same! Why don't Christians get mad at each other too when one says something they don't agree with? How can anyone rag on atheists when they can't even get their own stories straight?

Either that or there were unearthly beings on the earth that procreated with them or the offspring of them.

It leaves you with that assumption doesn't it! Not only that, scientists have traced the first female through dna back to africa, so I guess Adam & Eve were black too!

The bible does not say they were the first two people on earth. Jesus gave us the correct account of creation in The Apocryphon of John. Be smart, believe Jesus, not Moses.
