i work alot and i dont have mcuh time for exercise,what are different things i can do which will help me shed the pounds!!

always keep a pedometer on your person during the day. try to increase your steps about 100 steps everyday!. drink alot alot of water and cut back on junk food like chips and fast food and desert. ALL homemade fruit smoothies are delicious for a substitute of desert. just put some fruit and plain yogurt and BAM yummy time. in your spare time put on some looud music and jump around and dance! all this might sound a little crazy but im doing great!

Really great tips:

1) Cut down on salt. Foods that are high in sodium are bad because salt gets stored in fat cells.

Solution: Drink plenty of water and make sure you are always hydrated, and what I mean by that is that your piss is clear 24/7. If you have the urge for a sugar drink like gatorate, make sure that it's mixed with half water. Water gets rid of salts that would be stored in fat, and water is just good for you period.

2) Desert

Solution: Don't eat it, or, eat fruit for desert. Fruit salads are pretty nice.

Portion control
Read labels carefully for serving sizes
Use smaller plates
Eat healthy snacks
Get at least 30 minutes of exercise every day

Im sure you can goto the gym, half a hour a time, three times a week !!

I'm telling you, ride a bike whenever you can. I keep my weight down easy that way.
