I was taking a shower and my wife's 22 year old daughter came into the bathroom and stood in front of the door and stared at me. It made me feel real uncomfortable but I don't want to make a bad situation worse but making a big deal of it. Also I haven't told my wife what happened....should I?

Tell you wife immediately!!! You want to keep that trust issue taken care all the time.

This incident will come up when you least expect it...if your wife hears about it from her daughter...no matter what you tell her after the fact, it will seem like you were keeping things from her.

As to the why the daughter stood there, since you did not address that issue right at that moment and I can understand what must have been going through you mind, I would not address it with her now.

Also, you don't know what level of privacy these women had before you arrived. Talking with your wife will answer all these questions. If needed, she will address her daughter!!! I certainly would.......

Well it's HER daughter, so you need to tell your wife. This kind of behavior from an adult woman (your stepdaughter) IS a big deal. I don't mean you should shout or anything, but firmness of some sort is required. It's your wife's job, though.

No harm no fowl. Just let it pass.
Keep your distance though.
Avoid situations where you would alone in the dark together.
