Everybody on TV keeps saying he does, but on nascar.com it says Tony Stewart holds the record. Does anybody know the truth?

I hope so Gloria. Kasey doing good would be something nice for a change. Unless I see Paris Hilton with him at the race, then I'll puke.

According to Pocono Raceway website, Kasey holds the one lap track record of 172.553 mph set during qualifying for the 2004 Pocono 500 (June).

I think he does. but he is starting fourth on sunday!!!!! YAY!! But he should still have the track record.
