My friend's and I were talking about how much we missed our childhood and the good old days of being young. All of us were in college and I came up with this "idea" to be young again for a day.

I haven't asked my friend's yet because I fear I'm either going to be laughed at or people will think I'm crazy so I figured I'd ask you guys first.

I wanted to have a day where my friend's and I just play games from when we were younger. We were going to play a big came of capture the flag, tug of war, play with one of those parachutes from like 1st grade, play 4 square and basketball. I just felt it would be fun for my friend's and I. MOST of us are of the legal drinking age so liquor will be included to make things more "interesting"

what do you think?
PLEASE BE HONEST HERE!
I don't want to look like a fool when I suggest it to my friends
thanks

I think some of the games would be okay to do; capture the flag, basketball, etc. Especially if there is alcohol included. It could make for an interesting day. Try to stear clear of the very young stuff because most adults enjoyed it then but may feel it is silly now. Good luck!

Actually that is a brilliant idea! I can't believe that I didn't think of that. I was just thinking the other day how much I missed being a kid, and how in some ways I felt like I had to grow up too fast. They are going to think that you are cool, and girl, there is drinking involved and you're in college, of course your friends will be down. Have fun being a kid again!

You and your friend will never look like fools. Honestly, there must be a lot of fun in those games that you have prepared. Why not include trip to Jerusalem and Give me what I want. Or even Newspaper dance....It is wild enough to make yourselves young again.

If in the middle of the night try the game entitled spin the bottle, truth or consequences, or something more terrifying....try the spirit of the glass...

Hope you have fun.

I think it sounds like a blast. Wish I could do something like that with my friends. After you suggest the idea for your friends ask them if there are any other games that they would like to include and figure out a good place to do all of these events at. It sounds like a great idea and be sure to let us know how it worked out.

I think it's an absolutely great idea!!!!! The closest I've gotten to doing that is playing monopoly!!!! Go for it, you won't look like a dork, and if they laugh at you and don't go through with it, then they're too bitter :P

Good luck, I hope you guys have a lot of fun.
