I've at really thin lips all my life.
But in the last couple of days my mom said that they were becoming fuller.
The only thing I've done was wear lip gloss. The same kind I've had for months.
So do you think that lips change during teen years?
Or do lips stay the same all your life?

lips actually atrophy, or become smaller as you age....there may be a period where they become fuller....during adolescence, but alas, they do gradually get smaller....that's why there are so many products on the market that claim to make them bigger (and why plastic surgeon's perfom procedure's to make them bigger)

You probably just found an lipgloss that makes them look fuller. Plus keeping your lips hydrated will make them appear fuller too. Lip gloss tends to give your lips the fuller healthier looking lips.

NO, and no.
Could just be a great color lip gloss!
Actually, lips tend to thin out as you age.
[ look around at parents, aunts, uncles, grands - those are the lips you will get! ]
