No country in the world will grant you a passport without your parents consent while you are still a minor. Why would you need one anyway? Whatever you are up to, forget it and don't be in such a rush to grow up, you'll miss being a kid once you're an adult

You cannot. I am 13 and the only way i could get my passport to go to Greece was to have both parents or legal guardians present. And if your gonna get one i suggest you tell your mom now and get yours because they are taking months tell you get them. I registered for mine in May and still havent gotten it. you cannot get passport at the age 13 alone, you gonna need your parents get it for you....
once your 18, you can get you passport on your own....i think some states you have to be 21 to get your own passport...

For All Minors Under Age 14 :
Each minor child shall appear in person.
All applications for children under 14 require both parents' or legal guardians' consent.

You need your parent or guardians consent. they can´t give it to just you unless your over 18..

sorry you can't.you have to get both parents or if you only have one than just one, to sign a form thing-a-ma-bobber. that is what i had to do. good luck!
