Tell them you think you would like the work and have heard that the employees are really nice. Why do you want to work there?
If it is close to home, a career move, or what ever just say that. They know the pay and benefits matter or they won't offer them so don't be afraid to say so.

Because you will be asked that question, you can prepare an answer in advance. Answer with three facts:
(1) I studied the company' website to learn about the company.
(2) I learned that the company has good wages and benefits.
(3) I'm an expert *** (welder, assembler, whatever) and can really help the company.
You don't have to memorize your answer, but you do have to remember the three points to make (website, pay, expert).
I am certain that you'll get the job, because you showed intelligence and hard work when you did the web search and then posted your question here.
Good luck, and please post a follow-up.

Flattery goes a long way. First of all make sure you let them know that you are very impressed with the company and mention some historic and recent facts. Tell the interviewer that you are looking for long term employment with a solid company that has strong business ethics. You should mention that you work hard and always look out for the best interests of the company you work for and that you want the company to work for treats their employees the same way. You believe that this company is one of these companies.
Don't drag your answer out. Keep it short sweet and flattering.
Goals: personal advancement both professionally and financially.

Most interviewers appreciate when the candidate they're interviewing is candid and honest. Tell them how you feel. Let them know that you think it would be beneficial to you to work there. Many times questions are used in interviews to capture the personality of the candidate. If you tell them the truth, they will realize that you are honest which is a very important to almost every employer (maybe not the mafia though :D ).

Tell them you are impressed by their reputation, and you have researched the company, and feel it is a good career direction for you. You want to grow, and be part of a well established company like theirs.

Tell them the truth. You don't want to work there but you have to pay bills.
