No. It is just a job for them. No different from you getting a one year certificate from your job. Completely meaningless. They don't need a memento of another day at the office, nor do they want one.

I think that it's a completely personal choice. If you are having a lavish affair, or these people are personal friends, then by all means YES.

But for a small wedding, and if you do not personally know them, I don't believe it is necessary. After all, they are being PAID to be there.

Now, if you have a wedding planner, paid or not, I believe it is customary to let him/her have a small token to remember the wedding. But I could be wrong on that point.

No they get paid for there work. Wedding favors are for the guests and your bridal party. The bridal party also gets something special as a gift.

I really don't think that you have to go out of your way to do this. Your favors will be out all over the table. If they want one, they will grab it. Chances are, because of their chosen professions, they have all the wedding favors they could ever want already. Regardless, you will have leftovers...Everyone always does.

Only if you have extras. Favors are to thank your guests for being there on your special day. Your vendors get paid to do their jobs.
