I like this guy at work but the problem is he was introduced to me by one of the guys who likes me.. we had lunch once & it seemed as if clicked but i really don't know how to pursue it. He makes me life and smile like never before and we talk until late hours of the night but i'm just afraid to rush it.. help!!

you should maybe talk to him about what he thinks about the situation..if he wants to persue it where he thinks you both stands? as friends? or is there potential with a relationship? you should see what his opinion or ideas are about it if you are interested. but dont push too hard you might push him farther away. just simply ask when you feel the time is right..say something like "hey, i was curious to know....." just keep it casual. if you are afraid to rush it then dont rush it. let him have the ball in his court and persue something on his time when hes ready i guess..good luck hope i helped.

if you're afraid to rush things then wait for him to make the move, he'll do so if he really likes you...just keep doing what you're doing...
