I know it sounds weird as hell, but thats what I dreampt about lastnight, it was really scary too. It started out looking tiny and I panic'd and showed my husband who looked and said it was nothing and then it got really big. It looked like some sort of beetle crossed with am millipede and it had teeth. Later in the dream after it attacked me multiple times my husband stomped on a tiny millipede and thought that he had killed it, but I knew he didn't.

I woke up scared as hell...anyone know what this might mean?

Hmm...I recently had some creepy millipede nightmare too.

Anyway. It seems to me that your husband in your dream was not taking you seriously. Was he your real-life husband? Perhaps you feel as though he isn't giving you the attention you desire or brushes aside your concerns until HE sees the problem. He could have also represented another male in your life, your masculine side, or your general view of males in society.

Your vagina is your ultimate symbol of being a woman. It was your femininity that produced this creepy monster bug.

The bug may have represented a fear or a situation that produces fear in you.

I found some sites that say a beetle represents success and failure, and a millipede represents many little problems.

According to a book I own, centipedes "symbolize beliefs with numerous effects". So, something that is ingrained in you that affects you in numerous ways. It describes the legs as being "limiting beliefs and self-criticisms".

So perhaps you feel hindered or unable to succeed in something and subconsiously the source is your femininity. You were trying to get a man to help you. But, he actually couldn't.

So, interpret that as you may. Just so you know, I'm not an expert, just someone who enjoys studying dreams very much. Good luck!

Usually that part of the body believe it or not is associated with being mentally prepared. It sounds like from your dream there is some thought or issue which is dark and hidden in nature which has gotten out in your househould. It started out small, but because it was not dealt with right away it got bigger and became a problem for you. Your husband did not see it as a problem at first but later addressed it. But in your heart you feel the situation is not resolved.

Beetle
To see a beetle in your dream, indicates that some destructive influences may be at work in your waking life. You may also feel that your values and beliefs are being compromised.

Bug
To see a bug in your dream, suggests that you are worried about something. It is symbolic of your anxieties and/or fears. What is literally bugging you? Consider also the popular phrase "bitten by the bug" to imply your strong emotional ties or involvement to some activity/interest/hobby. Alternatively, the bug may be representative of your sexual thoughts.

Husband
To see your husband in your dream, signifies your relationship with your husband and the unconscious feelings you have towards him.

that's weird and wonderful, yet as somebody pronounced above... it would basically be a peculiar and wonderful dream that handed off that day. as long as you have no unusual sexual desires for bugs... you will desire to be high quality.

Better get checked at a doctor. It is a forewarning that you need to get checked for uterine cancer or an ailment that is life threatening.
