Do not buy a supposed registered kitten without receiving the blue cfa registration slips that prove they really are .
some breeders will tell you all kind of crap reasons but they can get in trouble with the cfa if they are representing kittens as registered and they are not or they refuse to hand over the slips.proving the kittens registered status.
though if you only wantthe slpis to breed your own regstered kitten of you do not buy breeding rights the pin code allowing kittens to be registered from that kitten will not be on the slip and if you breed it later the kittens will not be registerable

Yes, I'm sure some people do lie about their kittens being CFA registered. What question did you want to ask about them?
