What is a simple easy way to balance a ceiling fan?

I have tried the balancing kit supplied with the fan but it is still a little out of balance.

Unless you have very good eyes and can see the exact direction that the fan is wobbling in, you'll have to try placing the extra mass in various locations.

If the wobble gets worse, try putting the mass on the opposite blade. If it gets better, try moving it around on that blade, or changing the amount of mass. Eventually you should find a setup that is balanced.

The further from the center the additional mass is, the larger an effect it will have.
