Well first of all, if it's a torrent (.torrent) file, you will need to download the torrent first. In most cases the .iso image will need to be downloaded through the torrent. Use BitTorrent to do this (Google it). Once you download the torrent, you should get an .iso image to burn to CD/DVD. Any CD Burning program should be able to do this.

Any normal DVD-Burning software will open up and burn an ISO automatically.

If you just want to burn it to install on that one PC, just mount it (using a free software like MagicDisc), and install like that.

Nero 7 Premium or something like that should burn it automatically though, no problem.

if its a .torrent file.. you have to download a bit torrent client.

then open teh torrent file with the client.

wait for it to fully download the real file.

then you can use any burning program to burn and iso.

or get daemon tools to mount the image on virtual drive and play it without burning it.

You need a burning program here is a free one:

http://www.burn4free.com/

It will burn your iso for you.

NOTE: I don't use this I use nero ultra (costs $$)...if you could get your hands on that I would recommend it instead. But for what you need to do the free application works just fine
