about how long do you think it will take for a noticable difference?

well yeah, I know it works better if you have them hulla hoops that are kinda heavy made especially for working out the waste. Also working them out for 30 min a day can be fun and give you a good workout. So yes go for it.

Walk as much as you want, but don’t do cardio for more than 40 minutes at a time. If you do, you risk burning muscle instead of fat.
If you do strength training, use light weights and do lots of repetitions. That’ll really help you “tone up.”
Your diet will make you or break you. You have probably learned bad eating habits over time. That’s not your fault, but now you have to deal with it. Make a commitment to yourself to unlearn those bad habits and re-learn better habits.

it can help tone abdominal muscles which can pull back as they tone there by giving the result of a thinner waist line eventually

Oh yes !!! It will make you lose inches all over !!! Belly dancing is good for the waist also and all over !!!!
