It all depends on what you like and what you are eating. You can add liquor to a lot of different drinks and mixers. Examples: If you are eating like steak, lamb or something like that it's best to use a dark liquor and maybe soda or lemonade; chicken or fish use a light liquor with a juice (vodka and cran), deserts are easier cause you can get into daiquiris, ect. White wine or Red Wine. The variations are many dependent upon your a) personal taste, and b) what you are eating. Give a sample of what you are having for dinner and we all can suggest things for you to try. This will give better focus to the basis of your question.

Well, a lot of people like soda with their meals, so I'm guessing Jack and Coke would be a simple way to add a bit of alcohol into your meal without changing the flavor a whole lot.
