first you have to remember you are still growing, and bones grow faster than muscle, that is why most teenager look gangly, because muscle take time to catch up with the bone growth. for an adult 50 grams of protein a day for a 2000 calorie diet, but is not At your age I would eat lots of oats and beans and rice for complex carbo's that would give you lean muscles and the energy to work out, since those things when consumed together would produce complete proteins.

there is no set amount of protein, because you need different kinds of protein, there is fish, soy, chicken and steak proteins, each get used by the body differently to build muscle,
