I have a 100% disability rating from the VA for post traumatic stress disorder. I cant find a civilian woman who can understand me. I want to meet a woman who has a 100% disability rating with PTSD because I know she is having the same problem of not being understood.
How can I make this happen?

Go to a support group for vets with PTSD. Then you can meet lots of other people who have experienced what you have, and hopefully feel good about yourself and work on your issues in the process.
