The reply means "That all (everyone) go toward peace, Amen."

She = That
Ilchu = They will go
kulam = everyone
l'shalom = to/toward peace

"Selah" is a word, often attached after the word Amen. It is an exclamation that means that we would weigh or reflect on the statement made.

yup, hebrew. the phrase means go towards peace alright, or it might mean "to you peace" and the reply is "sending all peace" followed by "amen selah" which means something like an absolute "amen."
