Huh... I dont know if it does but we shall assume for the argument. There are times it is merely practical. What if you were in germany in the 1940's and had jews at the basement and nazi's at the door? Dont tell a lie? Even the bible says there is a time and a place for everything. So... I dunno just a thought.

you lie only when it is neccessary or REALLY important...we all lie anyways (astaferrullah) and we shouldn't...the Quran gives permission to lie if you are being held back from practicing religion..
