well well well, you maybe able to attend one of the private colleges but you will have to pay for tuition from your pocket because no one will give you a loan and you also don't qualify for any aid,you may want to sort out your papers before you go into college, a visa is not an option for you considering that you are already in the country , they used to do change of status but now you have to have a good reason for you to change your status , this may not even apply to you because you are out of status, you also don't want to try it because that will open your file on a bad note, sometime if you don't qualify for a student visa they will issue you with a voluntary deportation, meaning that they will give you up to a certain date to leave the country, once you have a deportation order it becomes hard to get anything, so sort out your status first before its time to go to college

How are you even in high school if you are not already legal? Even foreign high school students must be in the country legally whether they are permanent citizens or not. Most credible employers will check to make sure you are legal before they hire you after high school anyway, not just colleges, so I would work on getting legal right now...unless you mean that you are not of legal age or something??

You can go to College in the United States in most States if you are illegal.
In many States you will pay the out of state tuition and have no access to scholarships or grants given by the Government.
It is on a State to State basis.

Yes. You might, depending on the state, pay 'out of state' prices for a community college, but if you've been a resident for some time, even that may not be an issue.

Call the Senator or Congressman for your state or district. Ask them for help in getting you facilitated through the process of becoming legal. They all have caseworkers and will help you. First get legal. Before you do anything else. And then start researching colleges.
Good luck to you!!!

Sure.
But you have to apply for a student visa first. And if they see that your address is an American one, they are going to refuse. . .
