I always say it...If I care about YOU...
you can expect it...

I never say it unless it is from the core of my heart. The only people in my life currently deserving of my love are my sons. The last woman that was deserving was about a year ago.

I say it everyday. I have a man in Chicago who I have been separated from for 1 and a half years, and whenever we speak via phone, I tell him I love him from the bottom of my heart. I feel that love with every core and fiber of my being. If you love a person and the love is strong enough, do not be ashamed to tell them so.

I always tell all the important people in my life that I love them.

But when was the latest time of me doing that, this morning with my husband, who is also my best friend.

About 2 hours ago. My brother called me and he is one person I truly love and tell him so. Of course, being a big tough old ex-marine (semper Fi!), he puts up that macho front. But he also tells me he loves me too! This is really special to me because we came from a family where they just never said those 3 little words. As we have grown older, it is so nice to be able to share our feelings.

Never.
My heart is an organ that pumps blood -- it doesn't have a "core" and it doesn't have the ability to speak.

I've used my MOUTH to form words using air from my lungs and muscle contractions from my larnyx, driven by thoughts in my brain that deliver nerve impulses to drive the whole process, to say "I love you" to the people I care about all the time. It's my brain that feels emotions and lets me understand the value of the people I care about. My heart goes on pumping blood, ignorant of anybody around me or their value to me...and it can't talk.

:)

Peace.

Assuming you don't include God as being a "someone," it would be yesterday in the late afternoon as I hugged my daughter.

Being a teenager, she rolled her eyes and said, "yeah ... ummmm thank you ... but I asked you when's dinner going to be ready?"

I told my mom I love her this morning. We talk every day when she's going to work. She's a cool chick, my mom.
