MPD is common among child abuse victims, progressing in to serious acting out behaviors that interfere with normal healthy relationship formation.

The person suffering from MPD would infiltrate many organizations, not just religious, and inject chaos, confusion, and propaganda whereever he goes. For instance, he would create hundreds of troll accounts to stalk YA users and bask in the drama.

I'm sorry, you can't. The simultaneous invoking of Pascal's Wager for multiple religions has been deemed by the IPA (International Pascal Association) to be in violation of the strict guideline as set down in their bylaws. However, a recent ruling states that the forgetfulness caused by Alzheimer’s disease does allow you an new drink each time you encounter the Wager as long as you don't remember drinking to that particular Wager.

Not all at once, because multiple personalities don't manifest themselves simultaneously. I don't see why someone with DPD couldn't use it several times in one day though.
