Usually the employer can't hire a potential employee on the spot, so they may tell you that there are more interviews even if there aren't. They may be doing a background check if they didn't have an opportunity to do one before your interview. Or they may be waiting for more applicants before making the crucial decision. The best advice I can give is wait 48 hours, then make a courtesy call to the company and thank them for the opportunity and tell them that you really want the job and are excited about the opportunity. It's worked for me 9 out of 10 interviews. The only one it did no good on was a government job. Good luck!

Ask the interviewer when they will be making the decision and when you can expect to hear from them. Tell them you would like to be contacted even if you don't get the position. If you don't hear from them in the allotted time, follow up with a phone call.

well maybe you can try this website below. I started my online business only recently and it gives me a decent income for a newcomer like me. Moreover, she is a local and so far help me a lot. If you have any query, feel free to ask me.
This program will not guarantee you will be making money within 10 min or half hour but it definitely will make money in the long run. We are talking business here and not some GET-RICH-QUICK program. For me, I get my first sale of $33.90 just straight after one day.

The best thing to do is to ask the interviewer when they expect to make a decision. That will give you some reference point.

Calling often will let them know you are seriously interested with the postion. They will probably pick you over someone who doesn't call at all after the interview.
