Maybe, but a lawyer would probably be the best thing to start with. He/She will be able to tell you the right things to do so that you have full custody of your children.

i think that they're too young to choose to go with who and who. i think it'll be better to get a lawyer...not really a mediator....th lawyer can help in many ways.

That young, while their views are important, they won't be taken into as much consideration as they would if they were already teens.
