I wake up in the morning feeling extremely uncomfortable/nauseated, and the nausea won't usually go away until after I eat, but the problem is..I can never eat enough/a good meal lately because just trying to eat makes me even more nauseous!
It might just be a bad schedule because I eat late..or that I haven't been eating as well, but how can I overcome this?

Thank you in advance!

-Also, I'm not pregnant so..morning sickness is not a possibility. :)

I agree that hot weather could be one reason.
But also it can be gastrointestinal problem - i have gastritis so it gives me "pregnancy" symptoms a lot of times especially when its hot and in spring and fall - it can make me feel nauseous, dizzy, lightheaded, sick, vomiting, heartburn etc.
If it doesnt go away in a week or so go to see a doctor.

It could be the extreme hot weather we are having. I know if I didn't have ac., I would feel like that too. Try to drink lots of fluids, water etc. If this continues, see a doctor, you may have an infection somewhere. I can stand a lot of discomfort, but nausea is something I just can't tolerate. I usually take a generic gravol so I can at least function, but it makes you very sleepy.Hope you feel better soon!

My mother has been sick for 5 years nausea before and after eating. She is sick 24 hours a day, pressure between her breast like food is sitting. The top half of her stomach is full and the bottom half is not, she has been to at least 10 specialist and they can find anything. BUT something is making her sick, it AWEFUL.
