My point is: Irony

Just a reminder: I never said that Hitler was a Jew. In fact, I didn't even mention Hitler.

To you language history experts:
I know it was silly of me to presume that out of every letter of every syllable, every syllable of every word and every word of every language available to him, Hitler just decided to use the last two syllables of the word that identified the very people whom he was attempting to extirpate, to identify HIS party.
My bad. I must be very tardy. As was Hitler.

There's a lot of irony in history.

Try contrasting the ancient Hebrews and their views on the super race [Jews], their attitudes and behavior toward their neighbors as described in the OT, with,

The 3rd Reich.

Just because you discovered that two of the four syllables of Ashkenazi spell nazi does not mean that those particular Jews were Nazi's. I've known for fifty years that NAZI is an abbreviation of Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei, which is German for the National Socialist German Workers Party.

For those above, who care nothing for the truth; Adolf Hitler was never a Jew! He was a practicing Catholic all his life and even had audiences with two different Popes.

That's not true at all. Just because the word is spelled at the end to have the word "nazi" in it, it doesn't mean that the first Nazis were Jews. That's just stupid (and very simple-minded) logic.

Your second link is barely worth addressing.

Nazi= NAtionalsoZIalistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei
NAZI party for short.

Person from Nazareth=Nazarite

Completely different. Did you ever think that many words in the English language are very similar yet have nothing to do with each other?

comb, tomb, bomb. 1 letter difference, sound different, mean completely different things.

Simple logic.

I have heard that Hitler could have had Jewish roots on his mother's side. That's what I would call ironic.

But it doesn't matter to me. The actions of all Jews everywhere are not the question of the validity of their being God's oracle people. The Bible itself is full of their misbehavings. That's one of the things that makes the Bible more believable! It does not make all Jews everywhere out to be perfect saints. It does the opposite! It continually points to God as being perfect and man as a whole being derelict.

So I would reject the notion that we are to view ourselves or each other as being something pure. All nations are full of people who have bad ideas and bad habits. But God only is the one to look to, and that's exactly what Jesus said!

Is this what the churches are teaching now?
Is this the newest way to make themselves feel superior?

Nazi is just an abbreviation of Nationalsozialismus, which was founded by Anton Drexler, who was not Jewish at all.
