He didn't even "create" sin. Sin is the ABSENCE of obedience to God. It's a NEGATIVE .
The devil just encourages people to disobey God and in this way he is a thief as well as a liar and murderer.
As Jesus said:

10 The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.

the bible does not have the record of the original sin. It is found in The Apocryphon of John which the church banned and tried to destroy. The mother of satan, Sophia committed the first sin when she created satan. He went on to create the universe and all that is in it. Moses was confused and thought it was God.

Satan created nothing. He is not that powerful.
What he did was rebel against God. His continued rebellion and failure to repent got him and his buddies booted out.
And now, in an effort to prove his point, he is trying to pull people away from God. He may win a few souls from time to time, but he is most certainly losing the war.

Satan created the human race. God had no intentions for adam and eve to reproduce, but when eve took the apple from satan they were able to procreate. Satan also created free will by giving eve the apple, which gave them the knowledge of good and evil. If there was no satan, none of us would be here, so Satan is who we should all be worshiping.

Satan created nothing............he is not a creator, he is a destroyer. God is the only One Who creates. Sin happened when satan rebelled against the Creator God. Does this help?

We only have the word of the OT style God that Satan created sin.
By that standard Satan might have created everything that's argues against smiting hip and thigh, stealing, killing and raping everything non-Hebrew, and spilling semen on the ground to prevent procreation.
